Fireburst is published by Derinbogaz Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt). This policy applies to Fireburst, not to other apps hosted on this website.

The game does not collect or transmit your personal data. You can play offline without an account. Your garage progress stays on your device.

What happens in the game

Fireburst has no advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, in-app purchases, online chat, or user accounts. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location. Quick Match uses simulated opponents on your device; it does not connect to other players.

Progress stored on your device

The game stores your earned credits, unlocked cars, selected car, and starter selection in the app's local storage so you can continue playing. Fireburst does not upload this information to us or provide its own cloud-sync service.

This progress is kept until the app's data is removed. Deleting Fireburst through your device's Settings removes its local app data; offloading the app may keep that data. Device backups and restores are managed by Apple and may retain or restore a copy according to your backup settings.

Sharing and third parties

We do not receive personal data from gameplay, and we do not sell or share gameplay data with advertisers or other third parties. Apple operates the App Store and the device's operating system under its own privacy policy and your device settings.

Support messages and this website

If you choose to email support, we receive your email address, message, and anything you attach. We use that information to respond and troubleshoot. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information. Support messages are separate from the game's local progress.

You may request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing us. We may retain correspondence where needed to resolve your request or meet applicable legal obligations.

Opening this website uses your browser and an internet connection. Cloudflare hosts these pages and processes ordinary request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website. These pages do not add advertising, analytics scripts, forms, or tracking cookies.

Children's privacy

The game does not collect personal information from players, including children. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child's support correspondence.

Your choices

You can play without opening any external links or contacting support. There is no Fireburst account to delete. Manage local app data and device backups in your device's Settings. For support-message deletion or privacy questions, contact cderinbogaz@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

If Fireburst's data practices change, this policy and its effective date will be updated. Changes that require permission will be presented before the relevant collection begins.
